On 9-26-18 the Color Me Mine Chino Hills, hosted their first annual Work of Heart community event with their local Boys & Girls Club. This community event will make creating art more accessible to children in our community.
The studio will host 12 club members and staff, and will provide instruction and supplies for each club member to create their own ceramic art project. Work of Heart is a new collaboration between Color Me Mine studios and the local Boys & Girls Club.
The Color Me Mine studio owner will create a fun, educational and empowering art experience by donating all materials and guidance for each of the local Boys & Girls participating club members. “It’s our goal to empower and inspire children in our community through art education and awareness,” said David, regional manager of Color Me Mine. “We believe that art has the power to transform lives and that everyone should have opportunities to enjoy and explore their creativity through artful experiences.”
