DO I NEED A RESERVATION TO COME IN & PAINT?
We highly recommend our customers to make a reservation for weekend and holiday visits. Walk-ins are first come, first served and not guaranteed. We don’t like to turn you away…so if you are coming on weekend, please reserve a table! $9 reservation fee will be credited to your final bill (covers one studio fee). You are not paying anything extra!
WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT IN THE STUDIO?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No cash and No check accepted.
HOW MUCH WILL A VISIT COST?
Our Studio Fee is $9 per painter. It includes 2 hours of paint time, underglazes (ceramic paints), tools, glazing and firing. Plus the price of ceramic(s). Our pieces range from $20 to $55. Average ceramic price is $25.
DO I NEED AN EXPERIENCE TO PAINT A POTTERY?
Nope! All levels of experience are encouraged to participate! Any age can experience the fun of painting!
DO YOU HOST PARTIES?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PAINT?
Each painting session is 2 hours. Most of our painters finish within their painting session. If you have a reservation, please arrive by the start time of your 2 hour slot. If you are walking in, please make sure to arrive our studio 2 hours prior to the closing time so you have a plenty time to finish your piece! If you cannot finish, we can pack it (paint and ceramic, no brushes) up for you to finish at home.
CAN I COME BACK TO THE STUDIO TO FINISH PAINTING IF I DID NOT FINISH MY PEICE WITHIN 2 HOURS?
If you decide to come back to the studio to finish your piece, the Return-To-Finish fee is $9 per painter per visit.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PIECE BACK?
Approximately 7-10 days. Your piece needs to dry, and is then dipped in clear glaze. Then it dries again. Once the piece is dry, it is placed in our kiln at 1,828 degrees. Our cooling down period is about 24 hours. Then we carefully examine the piece, including dremeling any sharp points, to make sure it is in great condition for you.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY POTTERY?
We keep them for 30 days at our studio. We will email you when your piece is ready. Please also leave a working phone no. with us so we can contact you. If your voice mail is full or not set up, we cannot leave the message. When in doubt, please call before you make a trip to our studio.
DO YOU OFFER FIRING SERVICE?
Unfortunately, we do not offer kiln rental or firing pieces created or purchased from other places for liability reason.

CAN YOU FIRE THE ITEM I PAINTED AT OTHER COLOR ME MINE?
Color Me Mine is a franchise. Each studio is owned and operated individually. We will fire it with a valid receipt and $9 firing fee per piece. Please note we won’t be responsible for any problems or imperfections caused by ceramic piece defect if it was purchased at other studio.
WHAT IS THE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICIES?
Store credit will be issued for irreparable item damages caused by firing process. No refunds. No exchanges. We are not liable for any damage that occurs once item leaves the studio.
